Book BalayageBalayage vs. highlights: which do you want?
Balayage is hand-painted onto the surface of the hair, concentrating lightness toward the ends with a soft, diffused root — the lived-in look that grows out gracefully. Foil highlights lift from closer to the root in uniform sections for brighter, more consistent lightness. Baby lights are ultra-fine foils for a natural, sun-kissed finish. Many of our best results blend them: foils for brightness, balayage for softness.
Not sure? The balayage consultation is complimentary. Bring photos; your colorist maps placement, tone and realistic timing for your starting color.
What a balayage appointment includes
Partial balayage ($200+) paints the top layers and face frame for dimension where it shows. Full balayage ($320+) is hand-painted throughout for the complete lived-in look. Both finish with a toner or glaze to land the exact tone — beige, honey, ash, copper — and a styled blowout.
Color-treated hair deserves care: add an Olaplex bond treatment ($50) or a conditioning mask during your service, and book a toner or glaze ($45) between full appointments to keep brass away and shine high.

Questions
Good to know
How long does balayage take?
Plan on two to four hours depending on length, density and how much lift you need; your colorist confirms timing at the consultation.
How often do I need to come back?
That's the beauty of it — most guests refresh every three to five months, with a toner or glaze in between to keep the tone fresh.
Can balayage work on dark hair?
Yes. Dark hair may take more than one session to reach very light tones safely; your colorist will be honest about what's achievable in one visit.
Why are prices 'starting at'?
Length, density and your starting color change the product and time involved. You'll have an exact quote before the service begins.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes — balayage, vivid, keratin and extension consultations are all complimentary.
